Appointment : TANISHI INFRAVENTURES PVT. LTD. appoints the Real Estate Agent to act as an independent contractor for the purpose of selling, leasing, or managing real estate properties on behalf of the Company.
Commission Basis : The Real Estate Agent's compensation shall be based on a commission structure as outlined below:

The Real Estate Agent agrees to a lock-in period of 12 months from the effective date of this Agreement. During this period, the Agent shall exclusively work with TANISHI INFRAVENTURES PVT. LTD. and shall not engage in similar services with any other real estate company.
In the event that the Real Estate Agent is found to be in violation of the exclusivity clause during the lock-in period, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Agent's commission payments, effective immediately.
The Real Estate Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and client data belonging to TANISHI INFRAVENTURES PVT. LTD., both during and after the term of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of MAHARASHTRA(INDIA) and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the court of Nagpur.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding for the Real Estate Agent and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. The Real Estate Agent acknowledge receipt and understanding of the terms and conditions outlined here in.
